At Soliva Fashion, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a simple 30-day return policy.

Returns

You may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as it is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing tags will not be accepted.

To start a return, please contact our support team at info@solivafashion.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with the return instructions.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the return shipping fee unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at info@solivafashion.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
We’ll help you arrange the exchange once the original item is returned in its original condition.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as intimate apparel, swimwear, and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please email us immediately at info@solivafashion.com with your order details and clear photos of the product. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
